The Soup and Sweet fundraising lunch last Saturday was a resounding success. As well as the fabulous amount of money raised, the hall resounded to the babble of chat and gales of laughter. A huge thank you to all who attended and spent their money. A special great thank you to Fiona, all the helpers on the day and the secret army of bakers who toiled away in their own kitchens.
Thank you all.

This was sunrise on Easter Day, 20th April 2025 at the ruins of St Blane’s Church, the ancient site of Christian Worship at the south end of Bute. Today about 30 folk from all the different congregations held a glorious, happy ecumenical service shortly after dawn. We thank Anne who was there before as and caught this stunning image.
